New management not great - HVAC and elevators always broken

I lived here for many many years under Bozzuto. Everything was lovely — No wonder they rated as the number one in resident satisfaction. New management has been rude. Has entered my apartment with no warning and then assessed me arbitrary warnings and fines. Moreover, the elevators, and my HVAC seem to be broken more often than working. :(

An excellent location, very walkable. The gym is great, it’s well equipped and most of the time there is very little to no wait to get a workout in. The pool and grill area provide nice areas to relax and hang out. The clubhouse is a great refuge when weather precludes using outdoor spaces. Having Harris Teeter right downstairs makes healthy eating and cooking easy and convenient.

Beautiful apartment spaces with updated appliances and design. Located within walking distance of the majority of what downtown Bethesda has to offer. However, the spaces are very small for the price. Additionally, the management team has gone downhill. When I moved in it was a wonderful staff who were attentive to my every need. Now it feels as though the staff is cutting community events and are trying to get every dime out of the residents. Maintenance requests occur incredibly quickly, and ...

Just moved in from out of state, and love it so far. The leasing team was extremely helpful (especially Mercedes) and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable moving to Flats8300 by providing a virtual tour (one of few communities that agreed to do so) and sending updates on units as they became available.
