Flats II - Columbus, OH. Terrific!
September 18, 2015This apartment complex is terrific, very new and very clean! Flats II is perfectly located in downtown Columbus in the "Arena District". You can easily walk to restaurants and bars. Right across the street is Huntington Park which is the home of the Columbus Clippers minor league baseball team and the LC Pavilion where pretty big name artists come to perform. The complex has a 24 hour gym, pool, hot tub, and planned activities for residents. As a kid from New York moving here was scary and nerve ...racking but Flats II has made me feel right at home. September 14, 2015Great apartment with a great staff. Very friendly and clean community. A great environment for anyone to live in. The staff and maintenance is great and very prompt with anything that needs to be fixed/altered. Open and modern spaces right in the perfect part of downtown Columbus.
