November 29, 2025This is my fourth year here - overall, the apartments themselves are great. No major issues. But like any complex, my upstairs neighbors have no courtesy and make excessive amounts of noise all hours of the night. This is also supposed to be a non-smoking community, but weed has been a major issue as of late.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2025I continue to enjoy living at Flats at 703. For the most part it is a quiet community. The only thing noise wise that is annoying is that person above me, I can hear everyone they make. And people continue to let their pets pee in the stairwells.Property Manager Responded
