        The building itself is in decent shape, but there's been zero upgrades in the four years I've lived here. The biggest problem now is that there are an abundance of college students making an excessive amount of noise. This wasn't a problem when I first moved in, and is going to be a huge factor in my decision to renew my lease or not.

        Great amazing loved everything about the apartment. The area is beautiful. The amenities are great. The people here are even better. I love how it’s quiet and secluded.

        So far everything has been pretty good. I have not had complaints really. My neighbors are quiet, and it is in a convenient location for me .

        Great neighborhood and fast maintenance. Clean and pleasant common areas. The move in was quick and prompt. There are 2 garages on W Joppa side and Washington Ave side.

        This is my fourth year here - overall, the apartments themselves are great. No major issues. But like any complex, my upstairs neighbors have no courtesy and make excessive amounts of noise all hours of the night. This is also supposed to be a non-smoking community, but weed has been a major issue as of late.

        I continue to enjoy living at Flats at 703. For the most part it is a quiet community. The only thing noise wise that is annoying is that person above me, I can hear everyone they make. And people continue to let their pets pee in the stairwells.
