The building itself is in decent shape, but there's been zero upgrades in the four years I've lived here. The biggest problem now is that there are an abundance of college students making an excessive amount of noise. This wasn't a problem when I first moved in, and is going to be a huge factor in my decision to renew my lease or not.

This is my fourth year here - overall, the apartments themselves are great. No major issues. But like any complex, my upstairs neighbors have no courtesy and make excessive amounts of noise all hours of the night. This is also supposed to be a non-smoking community, but weed has been a major issue as of late.
