March 10, 2026It was amazing to be at flats, the apartment was located near my campus and the commute was good. The stores like IKEA and target are nearby so it is of help. The staff was pretty nice with maintenance issuesProperty Manager Responded

The Flats Atlantic Station
July 26, 2015I moved in January for the Spring Semester as I needed Student Housing to work with me with Financial Aid. The apartments are pretty decent and Its really convenient if you need to go to school somewhere on Peachtree. Or downtown. The free shuttle takes you to the train station and u can go from there. It he apartments are a little pricy but they do work with you in regards to financial aid. However, you're placed with a roommate like in a dorm if you don't have one which can get touchy as you ...both will split the cost of light which is not included. However, water, cable, and Internet is included so for a student it's a pretty good deal. Also they have a parking garage to place your car. The gym is also lovely which helped me with my weight loss goals. They do have problems with security at times but I haven't been a victim. The only reason I'm moving out is because I'm going back to my home state. Other than that it's really convenient for a student.
