August 18, 2025My husband and I have been residents for more than 8 years. We have called for different reasons and are available quickly respond to our needs. The building is kept clean on every floor and always looks very nice. We are very pleased that we still are residents at Flats.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2025when I first got a tour here, I didn’t know what to expect. I had such an amazing experience getting to view my apartment before I moved in. Seeing the lounging area, the roof, and so much more! From the moment I walked into the building, I was greeted with friendly residents. After I officially moved in a couple days ago, I was greeted with every person I ran into and they welcomed me. I’m here for school, and can’t wait until the semester starts so I can have the full apartment/dorming ...experience I can’t wait to settle and be fully comfortable with my new community!Property Manager Responded

May 25, 2025I continue to enjoy living at of Bethesda Flats. The quality of customer care at the FrontDesk and maintenance and responsiveness remains high and is the face of the Bozutto brand here. Many of us miss Leon and dont really understand what happened there. Transparency on movement with long term well liked staff is important. Ive noticed several lingering maintenance items like malfunctioning trash facilities, worn carpet and herb garden upkeep on the roof which I hear is being addressed. January 15, 2025I moved to the Flats 9 months ago. It simply has the best management team - Manager Chris and Assistant Manager Karen - that I have ever seen in a residential property. They instill a culture of Community; they create a sense of “home” and tenant support and service - true professionalism. The Flats has been a wonderful choice for me: clean public areas, wonderful concierge staff, quiet, and great maintenance -,Richard has been especially helpful.Property Manager Responded
