Over priced, poor management
July 30, 2023Leasing office manager flat out does not care about tenant concerns or issues! Issues we've experienced include: our pool still being shut from last season (today is July 30, 2023 there is only a week left of summer break pool remains locked, no date of when or if it will open this year), being over charged, roaches, mold, leaky plumbing, leak in ceiling from upstairs neighbor, maintenance requests marked completed even though no one ever actually came to repair issues, and politely incompetent ...leasing office workers to name a few. Would not recommend. Can't wait to move. Do not live here.Property Manager Responded

Things are falling apart here
June 21, 2023I’ve lived here for a while, and I always liked it but within the last few months, things have really gone off the rails. They started building these new, huge, beautiful buildings, and just totally forgot about all of us poor folks. our cars are getting broken into constantly, even multiple times in one week. Nobody cares. The Leasing Office just says sorry if you couldn’t even get in touch with them. My lease is up in a few months and I am looking forward to leaving here. Not worth it
December 3, 2019Flats at East Atlanta deserves less than zero stars. I have been with the community since the old management and I thoroughly miss them. The old management was caring and put each resident first. The new management is very rude to their paying residents. If you have an issue they rush you off the phone and give you know logical answers. They simply do not know how to run a community and communicate with residents properly. I wish I could afford to stay here!
April 11, 2019My apartment at Flats at East Atlanta is the nicest place I’ve ever lived! I’m the first person to live in my apartment after it was renovated and it’s been perfect! The finishes are so pretty and the neighbors are awesome too. I love living here but unfortunately the rent is going up too much to stay here. The only problem is that people keep breaking the gate but the management has always been pretty good about repairing it. Such a headache to deal with.
September 6, 2018Flats at East Atlanta needs improvement. Communication is poor with management when it comes to issues in the apartment community and even personal tenant issues. Inside the apartments are nice but the issues are appalling. We’ve been here for three months and already ran into issues with non working appliances, the water is yellow when you first turn it on, I’ve called maintenance multiple times about having them come out to fix my kitchen cabinets and nobody has yet to come out! Great place to live!!
April 18, 2018We have been living here for almost three months and I'm happy to say that this a great place to live. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live near Atlanta but does not want to pay a rediculious amount for rent. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms and the kitchen's cabinet drawer. The staff come the next day and fixed it very fast. I also like how you never have to worry about parking. There is a gate that only allows residents to enter. However, if someone is visiting they ...can call you and you dial 9 from your cell phone and immediately open the gate for them. I love how the open kitchen connects to the dinning area. There is also a pool, a dog park, gym equipment, a club house open to residents. They are also working on a community garden. The living room is a very good size as well. The appartamenrs are painted a light gray color that goes with a lot of furniture and styles.Property Manager Responded

Pricing for area
