I’ve had a wonderful experience with the leasing office team. Olivia and Bobby have both been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable. Olivia, always goes the extra mile to explain everything from a customer’s perspective and really takes the time to understand individual needs, which makes the whole process much smoother and more comfortable.
They also do a fantastic job organizing community events with thoughtful and creative ideas. For example, the Earth Day event with the ...
succulent addition was such a unique and enjoyable touch—it really shows how much they care about building a sense of community.
The maintenance team is equally impressive—responsive, efficient, and reliable, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living.
Overall, the apartments are new, spacious, and offer a calm, peaceful environment. It’s a great place to live, and the team truly makes it even better!

I’ve had a really great experience living here so far. The apartment itself is high quality with beautiful finishes—everything feels modern, well-built, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell it’s a newer development, and it really shows in the details.
The property management team, especially Olivia and Bobby, have been amazing to work with. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents, which makes a huge difference.
Maintenance has also been incredible. I had a couple ...
of small things come up as part of moving into a new build, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently without any hassle.
The location is another huge plus—it’s in a really nice neighborhood, close to downtown Powell and Sawmill, but still tucked back enough that it feels quiet and peaceful.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend this community if you’re looking for a well-managed, high-quality place to live in a great area.
