September 8, 2025Nice-ish apartment on the inside. Smells like fast-food on the outside. Noisy neighbours revving car/motorcycle engines. Pool regularly closed for 'maintainance'. No follow through by office staff who clearly don't care about you once you've signed the lease. Issues with Utility billing not being transferred to and from me that were entirely the office's fault. Bogus cleaning charges after move out despite having pretty much begged for them to do a walk through PRIOR to my lease end (they said ..."don't worry", I should have known better). Worst leasing experience I've ever had. Would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

Other than overcharging it is okay place to live.
November 5, 2022I have lived here for about a year now. When I moved in, I did a 6-month lease, which at the time I was unsure how long I would be there. After the lease was up, I went to a month to month in order to figure out what I wanted to do next. I contacted the office to let them know I would like to go ahead and extend the lease, well left a message twice as they rarely answer. Low and behold the next month still the month-to-month charge and no new lease in my email. I called numerous times again and ...emailed and still nothing until about another month later I got an email stating they would be sending me a new lease to sign, and they would fix the month-to-month charge, BUT once again heard nothing. I then finally was able to talk to a gentleman who said I would get a new lease in my email the next day and guess what another month later NO NEW LEASE. I have continued to have to pay the extra $250 a month because the online system does not allow you to pay anything other than the amount stated, and I was not going to get late fees on top of everything else. So, I would guess I am about $1000 in fees I would not have incurred if someone would have responded to me, and before the management responds that I have not tried to contact them, let me state I have all emails printed with dates and times as well as a log of all phone calls. I travel for work and am rarely there and this is the reason I personally cannot come into the office. I really miss Anthony that was there when I moved in because he did at least answer phone calls and emails as well as pretended to care if the residents were happy.Property Manager Responded

Great Management!!
July 13, 2021I have lived at the Flats since day one. I love my contemporary and modern 2 bedroom apartment! With amenities like a pool and a gym, it almost feels like living at a resort! The property manager, Anthony, is a godsend. Navigating new leasing, construction and maintenance, he always takes the time and makes me feel like my needs are heard and will be taken care of promptly. I am very happy living here and can’t wait to see the finished product.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful apartments!
July 13, 2021It’s a beautiful atmosphere. Finally something for all of Lancaster to enjoy. The pool is gorgeous, the clubhouse is immaculate, the gym is full of new equipment. Management there is wonderful. Showed me around and made me feel right at home. It’s convenient to shops and restaurants along Memorial Dr. I recommend these to anyone.
