Dude, living here during my Capitol Hill internship was a total win! I mean, the place is in a safe part of DC, which is a relief. And the food around? Top-notch, seriously. It's dope being so close to the baseball stadium and Capitol Hill – makes getting around super easy. But here's the kicker: the rent's probably the best in the city, and that's saying something. Since moving in, I've been genuinely impressed with the modern, top-notch appliances that have made daily chores a breeze. The rent is surprisingly affordable, especially when you factor in the unbeatable location. Navy Yard, Nationals Baseball park, and One Life Fitness is just a walk away.
