July 11, 2024manager is rude! only one maintenence guy so takes awhile to get things done. had issues with noisy neighbors and manager does nothing about it. just overall not a good place to live. plenty of better apartments at a better price!Property Manager Responded
July 22, 2024We are sorry to hear you aren't loving where you live. We have reviewed the numerous videos you have sent of noise complaints and have found no substantiated evidence of disorderly conduct or excessive noise. We are happy to transfer you to a different unit, possibly even upstairs, so you will not have to worry about any neighbors above you disturbing you. Please let us know if this is something you'd be interested in, otherwise please provide documentation of excessive noise during quiet hours and we will do our due diligence to remedy any lease violation. February 4, 2022Manager is disrespectful. We were not given adequate notice (1 day) of them giving parking permits. Towed if you do not have one. Office hours are not conducive to people working 9-5 jobs.Property Manager Responded
