Not good for immediate move in. Application take way too long.
September 22, 2018Apartments look decent in size and rent is reasonable. Pets allowed. Great location for public transportation if you work in downtown DC early in the morning. Laundry facilities look okay but there are some laundromats nearby. If you are out of state, be prepared to wait 4 days for application. I was told application takes 24 to 72 hours. Property manager is not on sitehowever it is mentioned on site in service section. Property manager doesn’t work on weekend but leasing office is open. ...There are other sister communities owned by the same property. Mrs. Manor from Parkview garden apartments said they can do the application same day. Why Fleetwood Village takes way more than 3 days? They have done the background and credit check done. The only thing I have to wait is property manager approval. This is Saturday. I have to shell out a couple of hundred dollars more in hotel bills till Monday.Property Manager Responded
