January 16, 2022mice, roaches, terrible leasing office crew with attitudes, i was told i would get 2 parking passes before i signed my lease. & after i was told i only get 1 & my other car would be towed often. VERY INCONVENIENT. maintenance is OK. they make you leave your own apt while they are there. all together i HATE this place. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.Property Manager Responded
April 12, 2022We are sorry to hear about your issue with the parking passes, but we do have a rigorous parking permit program. As you probably know, in the Washington Metro Area, parking is a major concern for everybody. We do have enough parking spaces for our tenants and unlike almost other apartment communities we've been able to keep the parking free of charge.

Refused to show me pics of the apartment!
November 17, 2021I live 6 hours away and it would be hard for me to come see the rental in person. Leasing agent didn't want to be bothered and said if the pics aren't on the website, she isn't allowed to help me. In my opinion that is horrible customer service/sales.Property Manager Responded
December 8, 2021Although the website is certainly not perfect it does give an accurate impression of what we have available. Most people seem to be quite happy with this. What you asked of us was outside the norms of acceptable business practice. Sorry we were unable to help you.
