New management
October 1, 2025change my review since moving here, the management staff was great until BH came and bought the property. I signed a new lease and had questions, no one returns calls or answers an emails. After I signed my lease the amount what I signed was wrong and no one answers the phone, or returns calls or replies to emails to explain anything to me. Communication here sucks and they act like they don't care, my renewed lease is up in 6 months and I am running out of here.Review from Apartments.com

September 14, 2025I’ve only been here a few months, and it’s already the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Severe roach infestations, days without hot water, constant internet outages, and loud neighbors with paper-thin walls make it unbearable. Unprofessional Property Manager
February 1, 2025Gabby, the property manager, is very vindictive. She added a lease violation, without notice, because I questioned why she refused to have maintenance replace the broken washer and dryer that’s been left in my apartment for over a year. She’s extremely nice when she’s calling and begging to have you renew the lease, however, when I went into the office to view a larger unit, she failed to greet me and ignored me until I walked out 15 minutes later. I’ve had several encounters with her and it’s ...always unpleasant. Not only does she fail to explain the lease charges, but she has an extremely sour attitude. May 20, 2022I’ve been living here for 2 1/2 years . The old management was good and easy to communicate with. Recently there has been a change in management, try To communicate with management if you want hostile and rude responses to any simple question you ask. New Renter
March 29, 2022Property is okay, interiors have been newly upgraded but still have issues such as many outlets in the apartment not working, water problems, and very thin flooring so you can hear all your neighbors footsteps if you’re unlucky and get anything other than the third floor. Old management was great, easy to talk to and always responding promptly to concerns but that’s not the case with new management. 4 Year Renter
March 14, 2022I've been here 4 1/2 years now and this has been a fairly decent place to live. The previous management did a LOT of renovations and the place looks pretty good now. The interiors also had a bit of a makeover and I've had no complaints. Maintenance responds quickly if there is an issue. It is an older property, so there have been quite a few waterline breaks in the winters. Unfortunately, every year the price goes up at least $100/month, $160/month this year with today's economy. The value you ...get for what you pay is not as good as it once was. A bit of a bumpy start with the new management, (Nov. August 10, 2020The management is amazing. We were meant to move in on a Wednesday. Marissa sent an email and 1 hour after closing time to inform us the apartment wasn't ready. Even with that Megan showed up an hour and half before they were supposed to open and call us to let us know. They are an awesome staff and made me and my wife want to move in here. The only knocks on the apartment is dog poop pickup policy could be enforced better at dog park and the ceilings are thin and I can constantly hear my ...neighbors kid above us all day. July 28, 2019I’ve been here for almost a year. Moved from out of state and roomed with friends until I was able to find the right place! Then I came across this :-) The minute I saw the model apartment and an empty apartment that would look exactly like what I was moving into, I was ready to apply and put down a deposit. This place is affordable, and the pictures don’t lie like most places I’ve seen in Dfw. Staff is wonderful, maintenance is on top of it. I will be here until I find my house. March 1, 2019My apartment was great. The price and location were just right. I wanted to transfer into a bigger home, but they do not have 3 bedrooms. Since my family is growing I had no choice but to get a house at this time. I enjoyed my time there and they way the staff helped me. Every month I came in they always helped with the online payment.
