July 25, 2025This is my first time renting, so I checked out the website and application process on a Friday morning, but didn’t have time to complete it. Sydney from their leasing office called me a few hours later to reach out and see if I had any questions. She offered to give me a tour that afternoon. When I got there, Sydney made me feel at home right away. I had so many questions and changed my mind on some of the details, but she never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time or that it was ...a bother at all. It’s been so nice to have her help through this process, and she got me moved in less than a week!
