April 14, 2021The Florence at the Harbor is a quiet, safe, clean and welcoming environment. They have a professional and caring staff. The amenities at this apartment are first-class. The parking is secure, and there is also ample visitor parking available. My experience at the apartment has been very good. There were some issues, but they were resolved to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live in the Rockwall area.Property Manager Responded

April 8, 2021This is a great place to live, and the Florence Staff (all of them) are fabulous and very attentive to residents daily. They keep everyone abreast of daily happenings at the apartment complex, and the apartments are great too. The maintenance team is wonderful, quick to respond to requests for service request issues, and he is very thorough in explaining things as he is resolving the issues within my unit. I am very pleased with the Florence maintenance! I can't imagine my experience at the ...Florence at the Harbor improving upon the exemplary experiences I have had thus far. I am very pleased with Priscilla and all the staff at the Florence. They are all awesome!Property Manager Responded
