BAIT AND SWITCH

They will show you the best unit they have. Then they will tell you it is no longer available. They have no regard for others time. No clubhouse on the property. Amenities left a lot to be desired. I spoke with residents who told me of frequent theft due to the lack of security. No gates at all. Walls are paper thin we heard other units while we toured.

Unbelievably depressing

I am so angry at this current facility! We have been treated horribly as tenants. Loud construction all day, people’s cars vandalized, the workers speed like maniacs and laugh when they almost hit small kids and families. They jacked the prices up so high people have been moving out non stop leaning endless mounts of trash behind. Don’t move here or at least speak to a resident. We are all fed up!

It's loud! Parties go on until 2 am. It smells like trash ALL the time!! Cell phone service is HORRIBLE!! The interior walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbors peeing in their bathroom. Absolutely no privacy. MAJOR construction going on. Expect early morning sawing and hammering. Including weekends Drive thru the community. Talk to a resident. We'll tell you the truth. Don't sign until you do.

When ever we are in need of service either Bill or his staff, or the Girls in the office respone on a timely basis. I have nothing but good things to say about the complex and the staff at Floresta. The apartment homes are spacious, clean, well, maintained, and exactly as advertised. The maintenance team is prompt, friendly, and professional. Neighbors are respectful and the grounds are very well kept and clean. Dog waste clean up stations are spread throughout the neighborhood. I've found that trash removal is typically an issue in larger complexes but Floresta does a great job in managing trash removal ...
through the valet service and via trash and recycling dumpsters in the complex. The office staff, in particular, Monique, was extremely helpful in helping us pick a layout that suited our needs, and throughout the move-in process. Monique is friendly, professional, and respectful and has been a joy to work with. Floresta is definitely one of the better values in apartment living in Jupiter. I'm glad we chose Floresta and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Floresta to friends or family interested in an apartment home in Jupiter.

We moved here from another complex and paid more at the other place and we like Floresta much more. The apartment is bigger, we have places to walk the dog and the workers are actually nice and not snotty. Great place to live. #nevermovingagain

We would have loved to get information about the property, but the staff didn’t greet us and we stood around for a very awkward few minutes before walking out. Clearly, they didn’t want to rent to us!

I was scheduled to move into Floresta apartments on a Friday of August 2015. They called me the day before and told me that my apartment is not ready because it is not clean yet. I said I don't mind cleaning lady working when I am in, and asked them if I can move into my apartment anyway and they agreed. The next day the cleaning lady came, and even after additional cleaning the apartment was not clean. I did not make a big deal out of this. Just as when my movers arrived, front keys did not ...
work, I had to go back to office to get a new set of keys wasting valuable mover time. Throughout my stay there, I had various maintenance issues which were addressed very poorly. For example, for at least 2 years dishwasher were not working properly, then for more than 6 months it completely stopped working. Repeated maintenance requests did not address the issue until they replaced the old dishwasher with another new but low quality dishwasher. The toilet was constantly leaking water. Maintenance came but as usual did not address the issue. I bought a 20 dollar kit from Home Depot and fixed the leak myself. I was not able to withstand the sound of constant flush at nights because of the leak. It is also interesting to note here that in Floresta you will be paying an additional 100 dollars for water/sewer etc. No wonder. When they are making you pay for it, they have no motivation to fix anything. The central air conditioning were in bad shape throughout my stay. It was constantly working and was not cooling the house properly. I paid high electrical bills because of that. Again maintenance did not address the issue. Central A/C not working properly in Florida? Good luck with that. So at the end what did I get for being a cooperating person and not making a big deal out of all these issues? Well you guessed it. They charged me 1000 dollars for poor condition of the carpet, which is essentially the cost to replace the entire carpet. Monica also gave my wife on valuable advice on how to clean the cabinets ?
