Building is ok, management is problematic
December 24, 2021If you get an unrenovated apartment it's the typical 1970s style with everything hanging on by a thin string, as well as bad communication from the office. It's hard to get into touch with them even within office hours and there is no guarantee they'll even get to you. The maintenance staff has not been professional even though that is the energy returned to them and there's no guarantee they will fix the issue, but 8 times out of 10 you will be blamed for it.
