Beautiful garden apartment!!
August 17, 2015Fonthill is a quiet, beautiful community full with nice warm people. I have been living in the property since December 2014. The property is clean and up to date. Is a quiet neighborhood with parking for you and your guests. The maintenance people are quick and prompt, specially after a snow storm. Rent includes heat (which is a blessing on the winter months) and a storage closet on the basement floor at no additional cost. There is a laundry room in the basement floor with dryers at $1.50 and ...washer at $1.75. You can walk to town (Doylestown) and the Septa station in 20 mins. The bus stops at the corner and the Dart (Doylestown transport is $1.00 and free for seniors) stops in the community parking lot. If you are looking for a nice place to call home you won't find a better place. The kids can safely place outside and if you leave something on the laundry room or outside it would still be there when you come back. This is an incredible community if you want a safe environment in walking distance from great restaurants, gyms (yoga, pilates, zumba, spinning, etc) outdoor spaces (including Font Hill County Park), the Bucks Library and museums. Clean, quite and affordable
August 9, 2015This is a great community to get introduced to the Doylestown area! Affordable rent for being within a mile of the downtown area and quiet neighbors. Pay laundry facilities in each building are useful. No dogs are allowed and all apartments are carpet, but that's a personal preference.Review from Apartments.com

My Sanctuary
July 31, 2015The Fonthill Apartments in Doylestown, Pennsylvania offers the ideal home for all sorts of people. Walking distance to entertainment and dining in Doylestown (I just have to mention a Chipotle) plus complete maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the solid, red brick faced buildings. July 25, 2015Whether you're a small family or a college student, Fonthill Apartments has space to suit your needs. The apartments are one or two bedrooms with plenty of storage. They are layed out in a way where there is a great flow without any dead space. The grounds are green and maintained beautifully. These apartments are located within walking distance to stores, and the woods of Fonthill. You get the convenience of city and the quiet of country. July 24, 2015Perfect Location in Doylestown, can walk right into town to all restaurants, shops, and bars. Two huge plazas with grocery stores, shops and other necessities. Affordable apartments near town
July 23, 2015Fonthill Apartments are the best quality and price if you want to be close to the heart of Doylestown. They are decently sized, clean and cater to the needs of their residents. The staff is all friendly and maintenance fixes things extremely fast. Tons of closets and even a small storage area in the basement that each apartment is given (at no additional cost). I have not felt cramped and enjoy how spacious the apartment is. Appliances are up to date, though there is no dishwasher. The center of ...Doylestown is only a 15 minute walk. Right near the apartments is plenty of food choices, two grocery stores and other miscellaneous shops that come in handy (walking distance). A con would be that the washers and dryers are pay per use and as expensive as most laundry mats in town. Also, they are quite old and there are only 2 of each for two apartment buildings. July 21, 2015One of the best features is the environment- everyone is super nice (both neighbors and staff). The facilities are well kept. My one-bedroom apt is spacious with plenty of storage in my walk-in closet, my big pantry, the coat closet- plus extra storage in the basement. Excellent Quality Apartments
July 21, 2015I have lived in Fonthill for over a year and will be staying for at least a second year, based on my experience so far. I have only good things to say about the apartment and the staff. My unit exceeded my expectations upon move-in, with a recently renovated kitchen, new windows and air conditioners, and everything in the apartment was clean and fresh. The common areas and laundry room are always clean, which is often a rarity in apartment complexes. The few minor maintenance issues I've ...called in were dealt with quickly and professionally. My unit itself has needed very little work at all. Also notable is that I hear very little of my neighbors, which is important to me and a large factor in my decision to renew. My only complaint would be my unit doesn't have much countertop space in the kitchen and no dishwasher, which can be inconvenient at times. All things considered, Fonthill is the nicest apartment complex I've lived in, and I would certainly recommend it to others as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
