January 18, 2021If you are looking for a condo in Monterey, FootPrints on the Bay is truly as good as it gets, it’s one mile from the beach, friendly neighbors, and safe neighborhood. Anytime I have a maintenance request, maintenance are at my door within 5 min. The management “Taeler” is the best leasing manager I have EVER met, always kind, responsive, friendly and eager to help. She truly makes my stay here enjoyable. January 26, 2018Footprints on the Bay is a lovely apartment/condo community with almost every amenity that one might hope for. The beautiful landscaping around the buildings is mature and well taken care of. The water in the heated indoor pool is always sparkling and the staff are friendly and helpful. Footprints by the Bay
August 17, 2015The grounds of Footprints by the Bay remind me of a resort. It's lush flowers, and various plants give one an impression of being on a constant vacation. My apartment overlooks some of the Monterey Forest and I can see deer walking around and hear a variety of birds that inhabit this beautiful area. The evenings are quiet and the mornings serene. I can take a short walk and be by the beach or in downtown Monterey, the location is perfect and the area is peaceful. I have made friends here ...and really enjoy living close to the Monterey Bay Aquarium where I volunteer as a docent, presenter at guide classes , give tours, do presentations and help other departments. I am also close to Point Lobos where I plan to also volunteer come this fall as a guide and do some tours for children. Footprints by the Bay is my home and I love being able to live in a resort!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
