Great Experience
October 16, 2013I currently live here with my 4 year old daughter and Husband. We are very happy with renting from Fordham Green. The staff is very helpful and accommodating to your requests/needs. The grounds is well maintained and taken care of. The other residents in our complex have been great and very friendly. However, I could see problems that have encountered in other complexes. Overall I think everyone is very nice and friendly. I have seen parents that let their kids roam free (which results in ...obscene language and activities), but if you confront them about it they usually stop or go somewhere else. At least they're somewhat respectful. There are quite a few families who live here and older people who live here long-term.
