The property puts up a good appearance, then you move in, and the maintenance don't fix anything. The rental office property manager has every excuse as to why it's not done or done in a timely manner. Doors to buildings are not secure. The apartments are infested with mice. The laundry room, well, a notice was placed on the doors stating we would get an upgraded laundry room only to find out they were removing the old ones on each floor to supplying One wash and one dryer for 12 units. The ...

mail doors keep getting loose and opening. I have to fix my box every time I open it. Some boxes are just left open.

Don't be fooled by what the leasing office will tell you, the location of the apartment is in a really bad area, talk to the fire/police department like I did before committing to live here. Some of the leasing staff was very rude and dismissive to me over the phone and sometimes hanging up on me abruptly when I had important questions or clarifications that were not being addressed in my emails, definitely dissatisfactory customer service. Except for Shantez the property manager, she was always ...

very helpful but not always available. The parking is first come, first serve street parking so you may or may not even get a spot in front of your building considering the crime in the area not very ideal or safe if you would be coming home late at night trying to find parking and then walking to your building. No central air, just an in-unit AC and the laundry location can be a hike to get to depending on what building you're in.

Don’t rent here!!!! BEWARE!!!! Rude lazy people that work in the office! Maintenance comes in your home when the want and go in the refrigerator and eat and drink your beer!!! The rent cool just know you will be rooming with mice and bugs!!! No a/c the heater they have here is old and makes noise and runs your BEG SKY HIGH. PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR WATER EVERY MONTH. BAD AREA!!! People break in your apartment!!

The location and the monthly rent rates are great but the maintenance staff is useless. They are not properly trained to do their job. The office staff is very lazy and don't want to get anything fixed. I guess you get what you pay for. I have a water leak in my bathroom and it's been leaking for 2 weeks. It's still not fixed.

I really love living here and the surrounding areas are nice too. You have Super Markets that are in walking or uber distances. I loved not being able to hear my neighbors and the neighborhood is quiet peaceful from what I've experienced.

I would like to tell a little about the apartment complex I currently reside in. The price range is ok and was great for a family on a budget, at this point the complex does nothing to benefit they tenants at all Ian's the rent continues to increase. The neighborhood is quiet and a good place for children to play. My only suggestion would be is to update the apartments but still staying in an affordable range for families and the elderly who are low income so they can have something decent and ...
