Fantastic area, great staff, and quiet community
July 1, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe 3 ladies in the office are fantastic! The grounds are very well kept, maintenance is responsive and very friendly, our location is quiet with ample parking. It's also well lit at night with a nice nature trail for walking or exploring. Overall, we're extremely pleased with this complex and are enjoying our stay immensely.

We picked out a unit overlooking the playground and my kids love it. I can enjoy my morning coffee on a Saturday morning on my balcony and watch my kids play. I absolutely love the community and the management staff. They truly go out of their way to accommodate and take care any issues. The maintenance team is beyond amazing! I've scheduled service work orders and they've come ...over and not only fixed my issues but changed my burnt out light bulbs and broken blinds!!! It's almost as if I'm living at a resort. With out the resort price! Early at dawn the Maintenance team can be seen walking the grounds and picking up any litter. Which is a plus since this is a Family community with pets. My ultimate favorite part about living here is the community events. We are always doing something on a monthly basis! from pool parties, Back to school (school supply) dinner, contests, fun scavenger finds with gifts, community garage sales, Chili cook offs and so much more. These people will even do take out dinners several times every two months or so and for valentines they were meeting any of the tenants by the entrance with Breakfast baggies as we headed out to work!! um what else could you want? The ladies in the office have been extremely polite and helpful. The maintenance staff have responded to my maintenance requests in a timely manner. The pool has been the highlight for my kids. The highlight for me is how quiet the community is, and the free dinners the leasing office provided to some of the residents.?

November 6, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI moved into a 2 bdrm 2 bath at Ford's Pointe in the summer of 2018 with my lease at my old apt and the new place overlapping, fortunately. When I was given my keys at my lease signing and walked through my new apt, I was immediately hit with the strong odor of cigarette smoke. I notified management, they did a walkthrough and determined several things need to be changed, painted and cleaned as I suffer from sever allergies. Almost 1 week later with a month to month lease at my old apt I was told ...that my unit at Ford's Pointe was ready. Long story super short my apt at Ford's Pointe was not move in ready but with not place else to go due to placing entirely too trust in management, I reluctantly moved in. I was constantly in contact with management about the smoke smell and my respiratory issues as a result. The property manager came out with a container of Lysol wipes, wiped my kitchen and bathroom walls reveal the remnants of the build up on the walls throughout the unit. I asked to move to another available unit, I was told none were available. Finally, after less than 3 months of living in these unhealthy conditions with no real resolution, I submitted my notice to vacate. As of today, I have contacted the regional manager as well as his supervisor who has yet to return my phone call or email. After almost 2 weeks, I am still washing the smoke smell from my clothing. Outside of "allowing" me to break my lease, Palms Associate LLChas yet to rectify the trauma and invonvience as a result if their failure to properly clean and maintain their units. If I could rate this place at 0 I would. Renters beware.Read More

It’s perfectly situated in a quiet area of town with convenient highways leading in either direction. We love it here because it’s a great family spot. October 3, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived here for a few months now and haven’t ran into any problems. Management has always been great and very helpful to us. They really go out of their way to make sure we’re all taken care of. Surprisingly, there’s a lot of families, but it’s still a quiet neighborhood. It’s also really convenient for living in Savannah technically, without living in the craziness of the whole city.

We are in a townhouse, which is attached and have no complaints. It's a pretty quiet complex and has nice amenities. Love the pool. And the staff has always been wonderful! All apartments, I believe are in the process of updating, which ours is and are very nice! Price is reasonable as well. Definitely recommend!

The apartment complex is conveniently located next to I-95, which helps me minimize travel time to the places that I want to go. Overall I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place in the Georgetown area.

Maintenance fixes are just a phone call away, packages are easy to get in the office, and a car wash and vacuum station are available. There is a great running path just behind the complex, a beautiful pond in the middle of the neighborhood, and a nice sized pool with new furniture. The town-homes are very spacious with lots of storage space! The location is in the perfect ...spot between Richmond Hill and Berwick. It is an easy drive down Hwy 17 to Downtown Savannah also! I have enjoyed living here the past three years very much and recommend it to anyone!Read More

Whenever I had an issue the maintenance team would be there the next day. They have a great pool that is always clean and my 4 year old loves. They have a beautiful pound full of turtle that you can feed and they also have a great and cleaned children playground.
