June 18, 2025I moved into the Forest Brook Apartments, July 2024 and the apartment was in the midst of making updates. I have seen a lot of updates in the year. I have been there. They have put in new landscaping, painted the trim on the doors and stairs. They turned the pool area into a nice patio. It has tables with umbrellas, Adirondack chairs, a fire pit. It also has two gas grills and lots of searing. . Kim is working on bringing the apartment up to date. I have renewed for another year. Overall a ...quiet complex to live in. Kim is kind and helpful. To be fair, the parking is not ideal. Visitors park in tenants areas - not the guest parking which causes a shortage.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here
April 1, 2025If I could leave a zero star, I would. I had mold in my apartment the entire time living here, management and maintenance did nothing. No onsite maintenance at all, every person has quit. Management insisted I replace problems with the appliances in the apartment. Leaks in my ceiling went without any fixing, the ceiling is sinking in. So glad to no longer live here. Take this as a warning it’s not getting better it’s only getting worse. Terrible for the price. Just don’t move here. Management ...puts paperwork in late and blames the resident and charges extra for their laziness. Didn’t get my deposit back because they said it was freshly replaced when I moved in, yet the whole place smelled like cigarettes. Great place to live. Peace of mind
February 13, 2024I moved in here a little over a year ago, and I can say thanks to Mrs.cooper my transition was smoother then I imagined. Her knowledge of the process and her consistency with me made this process amazing. I felt welcomed. Every maintenance request i ever submitted has been handled in a timely manner and the geographical view is always nice. I am always informed of any changes or request from Mrs.cooper through our community portal and emails. I am quick to refer people i hear looking for a nice ...affordable place to live, the only problem is there is never a vacant unit.. so I will honesty say Good job MR. Amazing
July 6, 2021Kim came in as the new resident manager and she has been amazing. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, but what she has done with this property is amazing. Flowers, decorations, even the pool has a "pool party" atmosphere. Kim has made this a place I look forward to coming home to. And on top of that, she is a genuinely nice person. A nice quiet place to live.
February 14, 2021I just moved in but have been really enjoying it here! Property manager Kim and the maintenance team here has been extremely responsive. Wonderful experience during COVID
February 13, 2021I have lived in many apartments throughout my life and now I have lived at Forest Brooke for 3 years .My first two years it was not the best place to live just because no one was here to oversee the property or to follow up with us and even the issues we had went unattended for weeks I stayed because the rent is affordable , and the area is located close to shopping and my job. We now have a manager and maintenance onsite all the time and this has improved the response time regarding ...maintenance and the overall appearance in the property. The new manager is very friendly but professional and expect all of us to follow the rules of the property / cleanliness this has really made a different when you hold people responsible .She is always out on the grounds, cleaning, looking and checking on things as well as us she always takes the time to say hi and ask us if everything is ok in the apartment . I am so happy that I stayed because It is a great feeling to know that we have someone who cares about the property and our needs overall. this past year have been tough on as all! Any place but here
April 28, 2019Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. You hear people being loud late into the night. Managment let's their phone go to voicemail every time you call, so it's impossible to get ahold of them.Property Manager Responded

Don’t expect help
August 3, 2018The pool is always dirty, they will look for ways to con more money from you, and don’t expect a maintenance person to show up and actually fix anything. This company has been bought and sold so many times no one actually knows who is running the show. Broken fridge and dishwasher for a month and still no one to show up to fix it. Don’t move here.
