I have lived here for over 5 years. I have been happy since the beginning but thing over the past 2 years have been just improving. They re-did the hall carpet, they put in a new park, they are doing new balconies and so much more. I just recently moved to a house. If I could stay I would but I have a growing family and it is no longer enough space for us.

Loved the time I’ve been here! Victoria is awesome and super helpful. Maintenance is amazing gets things done in a timely manner! Really no complaints. My neighbors are great and it’s pretty quiet in my building.

i don’t think it’s really managements fault because they try, but it’s not giving. there are roaches, no matter how hard you try, how much you clean, you definitely gone have roaches. or see some often. they all in the washers and dryers. trash piles up like crazy, & people are negligent and just dirty there. the kitchens in the 1BR apartment have not an ounce of counter space, & it’s not disconnected from the living room so you basically have a kitchenroom. nor is there a lot of room for ...
storage. it’s great for a first apartment! and it’s also a great example of what you’ll never want in an apartment again. the maintenance man is awesome though. s/o to him.

It's a nice and quiet place to live they keep it kept up and clean and Victoria the manager is a great and helpful manager. I love her anything you need she will try and help you with and maintenance is great also. As soon as I call them they come right away and fix anything that I needed fixing.

Been fighting with the roaches since I moved in 2years ago. They pay for pest control but this is a severe infestation not to mention trash everywhere and flooding every time it rains and dog poop everywhere. It’s not completely manangents fault there’s a lot of people who just don’t care about where they live. All of my new furniture is infested and appliances kids stuff. All of this stuff minus a few things is getting left here because I refuse to bring roaches with me.

The unit we live in was in great condition when moving in, it still is and has been kept maintained by the maintenance. Any requests or mentions of issues are met with an extremely quick response and speedy action on resolution. There are very minor things with the area around the apartment such as a few pot holes in the parking lots and some litter however these do not subtract from the apartments themselves. These apartments are steal especially at this price range.

Moving into this place we had high hopes. We were told that the new owners had just bought the place out and there would be major changes. Boy we’re we wrong. This place is a absolutely dump inside and out. There is trash EVERYWHERE, ALWAYS! Parking is awful, the walls are so thin you can hear AND smell everything going on in the homes around you. And trust me for as cheap as these places are, majority of the time it’s illegal and loud stuff. The greeeat cleaning ladies cleaned out an apartment ...
months ago and never took the trash out. They replaced the water heater and left the old on in the middle of the walk way. There’s exposed wires everywhere. And leaking pipes that they refuse to fix. I’ve let them know several different times and I sit here typing this I can hear the water pouring. This is all just a short list of complaints about this place! Not worth the money time or stress dealing with this place!!

Just moved in , here about a month nothing has been fixed . Been asking for my other drawer and bars to my Fridge . My towel bar for my bathroom . I’ve been constantly calling , someone broke the handle to the front door to get into the apartments my granddaughter works till four in the morning sometimes and I’m handicap and have to go let her in after calling two times already this week.
