Would deffently re rent
July 6, 2016The only reason we moved is cause we moved out of state.. This community was very affordable and offered a lot to the residents. We so enjoyed the pool in the hot summer months. I think we will miss that the most. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Their on line bill pay saved me more times then I can count from being late. If i move back to Springfield, MO I will defiantly look them up first.Review from Apartments.com
Worst place in Springfield
March 24, 2016Lived there for a year and couldn't wait for my lease to end. The whole building reeks of cigarettes. Maintainice there is nonexistent. Reported a case of mold and never seen/heard a worker. The apartment complex IS falling apart. Stray away from at all costs.Review from Apartments.com
