Pam the manager is sweet and helpful when you can get a hold of her. Laundry facility is sub par. Most machines don't work properly. Apartments are polished turds. The apartment I am in has an on going leak from the roof for over the year I have lived here. Maintenance has fix it twice now and the latest fix resulted in the leak moving to the second bedroom cause twice as much damage. shows up when they say he will. He also left the door unlocked to my apartment when I was on vacation. He will argue about work that needs to be done and generally just doesn't seem to want to do his job. The building I am in has rodents and roaches. I bought my own traps and chemicals to treat these problems as the pest control shows up randomly if at all. The other tenets smoke in the hall way and leave the windows open in the stairways in single digit weather. You can hear everything happening in the hallways. Throughout winter homeless people will drag their clothes and mattresses into the stairwells to sleep for the night. The hired security is useless and never shows up if you can get them to answer the phone. One of my vehicles was broken into last year but there was no security footage. The given excuse was someone cut the wires to the cameras. Only rent here if you are desperate or can find another rental. I was having trouble finding available rentals in Springfield and that is how I ended up here. My lease is up now and am on month to month till I can find a better place.
