December 29, 2021I love living here! Quiet building, great neighbors, close to all of the shopping, and 10 minutes from downtown. Everyone has access to the clubhouse, which has an exercise room, conference room, and ample space for other gatherings. Management is super friendly and on top of tasks given. October 29, 2018I have been impressed with my apartment experience from the moment I moved in! The apartment is beautiful and spacious and very quiet. I enjoyed meeting my neighbors and liked the fact that there are not many apartments per building. Maintenance was quick to respond to any needs. The manager was flexible and willing to work with me with my situation. I loved the view of my second floor apartment so I could witness wildlife and beautiful sunsets. It felt like a home. October 29, 2018The living areas within the apartment are great. There is plenty of room especially with the larger 2 bedrooms. The neighbors are very kind and friendly! It’s almost like a little family and making friends is very easy. The only negative about this facility is that if you would like to put in a ceiling fan, YOU must pay for the fan and YOU must pay for the fan to be put in but you CANNOT take the fan that you purchased when you decide to move out of the apartment. July 1, 2018I lived here for about 2 years and it was an excellent experience. The apartments are beautiful inside. The neighbors are great people (and quiet). The setting on the outskirts of the city is gorgeous and it’s perfectly located near retail, restaurants, grocery, and Interstate 43. The owners, managers, and maintenance staff are the best people I’ve ever rented from. Anytime I had an issue or concern it was dealt with immediately and professionally. August 18, 2017We were lucky to find Forest Creek apartments over 3 years ago for my parents. The staff and facilities were wonderful from year to year, there was no task to large for them to take care of. We were treated like family, the apartments are affordable, impeccably clean and maintained to include to the grounds. You're in the city limits but it doesn't feel that way, my parents unit faced the forest giving it that country feel. My folks were walking distance to critically needed shopping, ...restaurants, medical clinics, banks and more. The whole apartment community at Forest Creek was terrific, you have great neighbors that care about each other, all ages from my parents retirement age to young couples who work hard and have careers, it was a great mix. The apartment establishment is so successful that larger units have just opened up to the South and are filling up quickly.
