Hello Jennylin, Pulitzer Properties LLC has functioned with integrity and honesty for 30 years. You have left a malicious and inaccurate review because you broke your lease in the following ways and were asked to fix the violations. Instead you chose to give 30 days notice. 1) You converted your garage into a bedroom in violation of Fire Ordinances without notifying management or asking permission. 2) You repeatedly left your dog's droppings in the common area. My maintenance man and several other tenants called to let me know that they had witnessed this. In fact, you stared at my maintenance man with a look of "You pick it up." Also, there is a doggy doodoo station always full of bags. I have photo's of the dog droppings from my maintenance man. 3) You dumped your trash - with your name and address on the boxes - outside the dumpster instead of inside the dumpster.
