I've been here for just about a year now, planning to renew my lease! I enjoy it here and have really no complaints. My apartment was beautifully renovated and everything was brand new when I moved in. Some stuff still had tape and plastic on it! My neighbors are great and everything here is honestly just peaceful. grateful to live here!

I Lived here a while and the management and maintenance team have never been better! The newly remodeled suites are wonderful and pricing is very competitive with apts. not as nice. Did I mention the management and maintenance? Very nice, and maintenance is unsurpassed and neighbors and very kind.

Over priced for the "renovations" that were poorly done. Office management is poor plays favorites to certain residents. Also went from three dumpsters to one that is not even centrally located and now it is overflowing with garbage all the time.

Cheap. That’s the best way to describe these. If you can afford to go somewhere else do! They are cheaply built and cheaply ran. Even with the remodels they cut corners. They give minimal to no notice of maintenance being done and the staff couldn’t care less. Save yourself headaches and pain. Move to another apartment in Brunswick.

property manager is fake and tells residents they don't pay for this that and the other, ugh! only allowed max 2 pets of same species [dogs or cats] except on-premise mgmt has cat and dog, sigh. it's better than the people who pay the bills!

Nice neighborhood, nice place, nice neighbors, super nice leasing agent. I have yet to have any issues with this place. Has two pools, a playground and a tennis court. Much better than i would have imagined for the price.
