Lots of Maintenance Issues

The gym facilities and location were very nice. However, the units are old and are in need of basic updates. Over the six months that my husband and I lived there, we had about eight major maintenance issues ranging from multiple leaking faucets to various things just did not work. Additionally, even though the office is open on Saturdays, they do not do maintenance requests on the weekends unless it is deemed an "emergency." Our kitchen sink developed a serious leak one weekend and when I told ...
the office on a Saturday, they said while inconvenient, it was not enough of an emergency to get maintenance out to our apartment until the next week.
Overall, I would only consider living here for a short period of time.
