July 16, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI lived at Forest Hills Racquet Club for about 3 years and my stay there was fine. Management is difficult to get on the phone sometimes but the properties are some of the best in the area for the price. Unfortunately they will screw you over when you leave one of their apartments... After I moved out I cleaned my apartment and moved to another state. I gave them the forwarding address of where I was moving. I didn't hear anything from them, no emails, no calls, no letters. I also didn't ...receive my security deposit, which I wasn't overly worried about. But what they had done on the backend is post a $183 debt to my account without giving me any notification and then handing that debt off to a debt collector. CHECK YOUR CREDIT SCORE REGULARLY because mine got completely destroyed from them doing this. I went from a 750 to a 690 over a debt I would have gladly paid yet they never told me about it. When I called to discuss getting this removed they told me it was out of their hands and the debt collection agency has to handle that. So I called them and they weren't willing to negotiate on doing a good will debt removal for my credit score EVEN though it's something they can do! This has completely screwed me over while I'm looking for a house and it would have been completely avoidable if they would have contacted me about the payment...Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

They have been extremely fast to respond to maintenance requests and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. They recently added many amenities to the property, including a pool, grilling area, dog park, and community gardens. I am only minutes away from the mall, Augusta Exchange, and downtown, making it ideal for anyone looking to be near everything. The buildings could stand some updating, but all and all they are decent and affordable.
