July 16, 2024I lived at Forest Hills Racquet Club for about 3 years and my stay there was fine. Management is difficult to get on the phone sometimes but the properties are some of the best in the area for the price. Unfortunately they will screw you over when you leave one of their apartments... After I moved out I cleaned my apartment and moved to another state. I gave them the forwarding address of where I was moving. I didn't hear anything from them, no emails, no calls, no letters. I also didn't ...receive my security deposit, which I wasn't overly worried about. But what they had done on the backend is post a $183 debt to my account without giving me any notification and then handing that debt off to a debt collector. CHECK YOUR CREDIT SCORE REGULARLY because mine got completely destroyed from them doing this. I went from a 750 to a 690 over a debt I would have gladly paid yet they never told me about it. When I called to discuss getting this removed they told me it was out of their hands and the debt collection agency has to handle that. So I called them and they weren't willing to negotiate on doing a good will debt removal for my credit score EVEN though it's something they can do! This has completely screwed me over while I'm looking for a house and it would have been completely avoidable if they would have contacted me about the payment...Property Manager Responded

Excellent Neighborhood
November 8, 2018I've been living bere for roughly 2 and a half years. They have been extremely fast to respond to maintenance requests and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. They recently added many amenities to the property, including a pool, grilling area, dog park, and community gardens. I am only minutes away from the mall, Augusta Exchange, and downtown, making it ideal for anyone looking to be near everything. They have recently renovated their apartments, and while rent has increased, I believe anyone ...who moves in will be extremely happy with their apartment (the renovations are quite nice) and they'll be very happy with the quiet neighborhood.Property Manager Responded

October 11, 2015I have been at Forest Hills Racquet Club for about two months now and I'm loving it. They are quick to respond to any minor maintenance issues I have. The neighborhood is really peaceful never any loud disturbances. My dog also enjoys the new scenery and enjoys long walks throughout the neighborhood. Affordable Living
August 16, 2015I have lived in Forest Hills Racquet Club for four years. It is an older complex, but a safe and secure area to live in. The buildings could stand some updating, but all and all they are decent and affordable. This complex is close to everything, schools, shopping, etc. It is tucked away in an area that is kind of like a mountain resort. When you call for repairs, maintenance doesn't take long to get the job done. The main office staff is professional, courteous and very friendly.
