Moved into my new apartment, along with the apartment being absolutely beautiful, the staff is amazing! Kind and polite, unfortunately as one hopes not to when moving six hours away, I managed to leave behind one of the papers required to move into my new apartment. The staff was beyond kind and understanding, giving me a grace period and let me move in rather than send me to drive six hours back home. All in all, 100/10!

Forest Hills is a quiet and green community in a very bustling part of Wilmington. If you want a small town home feel in the middle of the city, FH couldn't be more perfect. Everything is conveniently close but you wouldn't know if you never left your home. My fur babies love our townhome and we can't wait to host friends and family in our new apartment home. I would like to particularly shout out Katrina and Malorie in the office. They have been absolutely wonderful since moving in. Within the ...
first month, my husband and I had a key stolen and within just a couple of hours they had the locks changed and I was able to get the new keys after work. Even just stopping in, these two are so kind and happy to chat. The maintenance team is also funny and kind. They've truly made us feel welcome, safe and appreciated.
