Poor management and maintenance.
October 22, 2023Lived here more than a year had no choice but to renew. Complex has a roach and rat problem and doesn't do nothing. I have been told maintenance would be out to fix the problems we have and never happened. I have been nothing but nice and patient with them, but I have 3 kids who have been sick due to alot of these issues. I only know because I've lived in a bad complex and got my kids out for the sake of there health. I don't care if they know I am looking for another place my kids don't deserve ...to be getting sick because somebody doesn't care to maintain there units. They just care for the way it looks outside and care about the way people talk about them online. If you girls try to call me about this post I will not answer I have talked to you several times. Stay Away!!
May 27, 2023Water is always shut off for supposed water leak repairs. I’ve have an ongoing leak for almost two months now. My downstairs restroom has about 5 feet of mold growing on the wall from the leak. I have asthma so I’ve been needing to get breathing treatments from my doctor constantly. It comes back within a day after I’ve attempted to clean it with bleach and sometimes alcohol. Roaches everywhere! Some roaches have even been painted over.Property Manager Responded

I like It here
May 18, 2023Granite counter tops fresh floors love my place. They do have to shut the water off to do repairs probably every 2 months but it’s when I’m at work so it doesn’t affect me. Either or they give plenty notice about the shut offs. Lorie the manager is super awesome and full of energy. Really cares about any issue I have. In one instance I said my food disposal wasn’t working I didn’t even have to fill a work order ,maintenance went right over and fixed it. Leon valley police always in the area also ...security at night .Property Manager Responded

Never any hot water
December 19, 2021Do not waste your time or money getting reeled into this place. I have spent an entire miserable year dealing with 88 instances of no water or no hot water for multiple days since the day I moved in a year ago. You'll get multiple "we apologize for the inconvenience" emails promising that the best is being done, with no actual outcome to water issues being fixed. Please do not waste your time and do not put your children through the suffering of cold showers during the winter.Review from Apartments.com

August 13, 2020Apartment is roach infested. Water is constantly being turned off. Neighbors are loud, by loud I mean frequently having pool parties at 2am on a Wednesday! Maintenance rarely fix anything. Office management is rude. Please do not move here!!Review from Apartments.com
Roaches, No Water
January 7, 2020I came into an apartment full of roaches. Since we pay for pest control we had them come to try to fix the issue but still so many roaches. We moved in June 2019 and has bombed place about 3 times to get rid of them. They are everywhere and you see them all the time. Every time you turn on your kitchen lights, bathroom lights, cupboards, etc. You cannot go a day without seeing them. The apartment appeared clean upon move-in but under the pantry shelves were full of them (dead and alive). There ...were borax and other powdered substances in between cracks of the cupboards and pantry, heater closet, etc. so we know that the previous residents had the same issue. I'll give it a 2-star rating because it is quiet and peaceful and I haven't had any issues with neighbors, staff, etc. But the garbage is always overfilled and the water is never on, yet we pay for water.Property Manager Responded

No stars I rather live in my car
August 28, 2019This place is terrible moved in for 6 months I had it within the first 2 months they shut down the water almost every day with no proper notice. They do no up keep with property and they bill you every time they shut down the water. My bill was 200 and it was just me living there the two maintenance workers idk what they do there but only fix your problems when they feel like it. I would really advice you to ignore the comments of everyone else it’s probably the office workers that wrote those ...comments.Property Manager Responded

Horrible place
June 8, 2018DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX. Sometimes you have water, sometimes you do not. If your air conditioning unit breaks, you will sleep in 90° heat until they feel like fixing it. However, they want the rent immediately. It's a terrible place to live. Homeless shelters are probably better than this place.Review from Apartments.com
