These apartments have not been renovated to match the cost of rent. Old 90s appliances, they’re infested with roaches. Most reviews are by friends and live on site staff!! If you ask the real residents these reviews would be zero stars.

These apartment are great! Security is also very vigilant and keeps the apartments safe. Although management has continued to fix damages from 2021's snowstorm, the apartments continue to be great! Most of my issues are resolved by management, so I'm pretty satisfied with the conditions here.

I like living here, they did a major renovation on the property it looks great. Some people complain about roaches but I keep my place clean and never had an issue at all with that, my neighbors are friendly. Very close to the stores, IH 35 & 183 and schools are at walking distance.
