You won’t get any sleep!
May 13, 2023If you value your rest/sleep after a long days of work don’t move here. The walls are paper thin. You hear everything your neighbor does from stomping to what they are watching on TV to laughing and talking and they don’t care to have the decency to watch their volume either and this goes into all hours of the night. Depends on where you live the noise echoes into your apartment from the playground/pool. Grant it this place is convenient because it’s close to the highway and shopping/restaurants. ...They also have a pool and a gym but I am telling you, you will get no decent sleep!Property Manager Responded

Dont move here!
November 17, 2021Everytime theres a large rain storm the floor floods from the foundation in my basement unit. My car has been broken into twice and I just came home from vacation to find the catalytic converter had been cut out of my car. I moved to rocky hill because I thought it was a nice, safe area. Now I've been robbed and my car is essentially totaled. They have no security cameras and the management doesnt seem to care. I Cant waitttt untill my lease is up.Review from Apartments.com

July 30, 2021Moved to Forest Park in March of this year! My first experience renting an apartment and I couldn’t be more happy with this space and the community! My unit was spotless when I moved in. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and so are all of my neighbors. I love having access to the beautiful pool area and fitness center. Laundry facilities are convenient and not too far of a walk. Amazing!
June 18, 2021I have been here for over a year, and it has been the best decision I have ever made. My dogs absolutely love the dog park thats here. My neighbors are also amazing. I am so grateful to have found this place to call home! Its peaceful, and the staff is great :) moving in was pretty easy. A Great Place to live!
October 6, 2020I have lived at Forest Park for two years, and it has been enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful and well- maintained. The office staff are very helpful with anything. Plus, there is a pool that is maintained daily in summer months. It is also a pet friendly community. The maintenance team is also very prompt and accommodating. July 27, 2015This is the best bang for your buck. With all the extras and free heat and hot water you can't go wrong, but the best part is that you are allowed to have pets.
