Not recommended RUN Away!
January 16, 2026Please stay away!! These apartments are not luxury, they keep the hallways to the apartment filthy, dog poop on the grass, cars wheels get stolen no security, people randomly break apartment windows, they allowed a tenant to fire a gun inside of the apartment and almost went inside the downstairs neighbor apartment and the manager didn't resolve the issue. Rent goes up every year and being doubled charged for utilities then the management lies and say that the tenant didn't get charged when the ...first moved in! Management charged the last tenant $800 for new carpet and when the new tenants moved in the same apartment, they noticed that there was no new carpet the carpet had stains and apartment was dirty! Be careful the management will tell you that you don't have to do a walk through before and after lease so that can charge you and lie about how you left the apartment. If they are not willing to do a walk through with you when you move in or out that is a red sign that they will charge you!Property Manager Responded

Great Place and Great Staff
October 25, 2022Okay... So this place deserves 4.5 and not 5. But thats not possible and there is no way I would give them a 4 star rating. So we will have to settle on 5. The staff was so accommodating at move in. Without getting into too much detail, they allowed us to pay, what was essentially, a refundable double deposit at move in. This was because the previous apartment I was in kept terrible records and showed I still owed them money. The community, for the most part, is quiet. However, I lived ...in building one on the forest pines side and ALWAYS heard the same three loud cars driving by. No biggie. There were a couple of times mail was mixed up but it's not that big of a deal. If you're neighborly and simply take it to your fellow resident, then the crisis is averted. Also, there's almost always someone on site in the office and maintenance gets to the issues rather quickly. They had a bit of turnover at the maintenance position for a while, but it didn't seem to hinder the service all that much. Also The pool is almost always clean. I'd still be living there if they provided short term leases since we did not want to sign a new 12 month lease. And that's the only reason I say 4.5 and not 5. Also!... We got our deposit back within 2 weeks! I was pleasantly surprised. Especially because of the lies I received from the previous place I lived. I honestly could not have been happier. PS... if you can afford it you definitely want a parking spot during school months. the parking can be horrendous in the front buildings.Property Manager Responded

Skip it, this place sucks
August 31, 2020There is a $30 charge to pay your rent online with a card. There is dog crap everywhere and the dumpsters are always full. The apartment complex looks like one complex but it is actually two which causes the mail to be mixed up and I even had someone try to change the utilities from my name to theirs because this. Everything is super cheap, the concrete on the curb is falling off and this place is brand new, hasn't even been open for over a year. None of the amenities are open but there is no ...discount on the rent. I chose this place because of the apparent amenities and haven't been able to use them for months. Seriously, go someplace better I can't wait to get out of my lease.Property Manager Responded
