July 25, 2018These apartments are full of mold. Management will promise you the moon but after you sign a lease the moon turns out to be the sun and you are burned severely.Review from Apartments.com
Forest Ridge Review
June 4, 2017I give them a ZERO!! My kids lived here in 2016. The staff is extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! They NEVER answer their phones & don't address issues in a timely manner. Also,within the 1st week there, the water heater busted. This caused the bedroom & hallway to be under 2" of water. Maintenance's solution was to place fans & let it dry!!! This resulted in serious MOLDING of the walls/carpet. The solution maintenance came up with in regards to the walls was to paint the mold!! Can U ...believe that? They never did replace the carpet! Also, the a/c broke, the pool was closed in the summer, the tub leaked (only 1 bathroom), and it was infested w/ROACHES!! But the best part is last!!! When your lease is up, they will bill you for their roach infestation, the holes that got knocked into the walls from the maintenance guys trying to get to the a/c unit, the repainting of the walls & replacement of carpet, etc. Therefore, if you have any sense at all, you will not lease w/them!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
