September 22, 2025The location of the complex is good for being close enough to things like the mall or turkey creek area, but you don’t have to deal with a bunch of traffic from schools. It’s relatively quiet, and having a townhome is nice so people aren’t making noise above or below you.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2025Very cozy town homes and have enjoyed decorating it to my liking to make it feel like home. September 14, 2025Really liking all thats being improved in the property! The landscaping is really progressing and it’s awesome how often they mow to include the trimming and edging! I am seeing staff from office outside more and cleaning! One from the office went to the mail box area and grabbed 2 trashbags that someone left and brought them to the proper dumpster. September 9, 2025We are just so thrilled! We’ve officially been here for 3 months and at first there was a few things around the out side that bothered us. (Not bad, just more or less annoying for first time apartment renters) But within three short months and without us even complaining. The fantastic staff here have kept the mail area clean, grass mowed, trash picked up from the dumpster area and so much more. We truly are enjoying everything here! September 8, 2025Overall a pretty good place to live. Feels safe, maintenance folks are pretty quick, the lawn care has gotten better, and relatively friendly neighbors. Some of the structures (wooden rails and porches) need updating and the parking isn’t the best for guests. The trash is usually an eyesore and is one of the biggest problems. With new management in place, it’s starting to be better overall though!Property Manager Responded
