February 21, 2025having had such terrible experiences in the past with other complexes. moving to forest ridge in 2024 was the best decision. Audrey and the maintenance team is hands down the best. From the day we have moved in to now signing year 2 on our lease. she does it best. Very professional and considerate! Sad to leave
October 24, 2024Unfortunately , because of personal reasons I had to search for a new place to stay. However, I can't speak more highly of Ms. Audrey and her community. She's been incredibly accommodating throughout my time there, I've never had any concerns for mine or my dog's safety, the apartments are reasonably priced, and the complex was well kept.Property Manager Responded

Best place to be
April 24, 2023I’ve lived in the Forest Ridge Luxury apartments for several years now. The property staff are simply amazing. Always prompt with any questions or concerns. The property is clean and very well maintained not to mention beautiful and quiet! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The neighbors are so welcoming as well. I feel safe and really enjoy my stay here. If I could give the ten stars I would. Very nice place

(Almost) A Year in Review
April 20, 2023My one year Forest Ridge anniversary is May 6th and I'm so glad I live here. I sold my house in Stow after 30 years in 2022 and held out for an apartment at Forest Ridge. I have never lived in an apartment and didn't know what to expect. Property Manager, Audrey made this transition so easy, understood my hesitations and my neighbors are very nice. I wasn't looking for a huge complex, more of a neighborhood feeling. If you are looking to live in Cuyahoga Falls, don't look any further!Property Manager Responded
