having had such terrible experiences in the past with other complexes. moving to forest ridge in 2024 was the best decision. Audrey and the maintenance team is hands down the best. From the day we have moved in to now signing year 2 on our lease. she does it best. Very professional and considerate! Her and the maintenance team always take time out of their day to wave in the passings, and are very involved with the community!!! 100/10

Unfortunately , because of personal reasons I had to search for a new place to stay. However, I can't speak more highly of Ms. Audrey and her community. She's been incredibly accommodating throughout my time there, I've never had any concerns for mine or my dog's safety, the apartments are reasonably priced, and the complex was well kept.

I’ve lived in the Forest Ridge Luxury apartments for several years now. The property staff are simply amazing. Always prompt with any questions or concerns. The property is clean and very well maintained not to mention beautiful and quiet! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The neighbors are so welcoming as well. My one year Forest Ridge anniversary is May 6th and I'm so glad I live here. I sold my house in Stow after 30 years in 2022 and held out for an apartment at Forest Ridge. I have never lived in an apartment and didn't know what to expect. Property Manager, Audrey made this transition so easy, understood my hesitations and my neighbors are very nice. I wasn't looking for a huge complex, more of a neighborhood feeling. If you are looking to live in Cuyahoga Falls, don't look any further!

I have lived here for almost 3 years and it has been a great place to live. I moved here from Columbus and did not know the area well but the location is amazing and I have had no issues. I always feel safe. Maintenance is always quick to respond to my requests. Neighbors are friendly. The property manager, Audrey, is kind.
