This place has the best manager out there. They are friendly, helpful, and most of all very fair. If you want a place to call home this is the place to be. Kim and Terry are outstanding people.

My boyfriend and I signed our lease last August, and Kim and Terry were so helpful and amazing through the whole process. Whenever we needed help or had a problem they were always there helpful, friendly, and so resourceful all the time. I couldn't of asked for better landlords the apartment was great.

Fantastic apartment manager! Super Friendly neighborhood and fantastic place to live! Kim was so incredibly sweet and helped moving from seven hours away so incredibly simple! I was nervous until I got to meet her when picking out a new place to call home and I immediately felt like I had known her for a lifetime. Great location too! Very pleased with my new place and feel right at home here! I highly recommend!

My wife and I really love living at Forestwood Apartments. Terry and Kim (management) are always available to do whatever they can to help! We moved from over 6 hours away and they made the move so much less stressful than experiences I’ve had in the past. Would recommend Forestwood Apartments to anyone!!

I’ve enjoyed my last year at forest wood. The mananent treats you like family. They go above and beyond to help ant say they can. And if something is to break in the apartment no matter the time or day, Terry is over to fix it right away. Definitely a good choice for single moms! They make sure the environment is safe for kiddos!

Kim and terry have been really helpful ever since we moved in. Maintenance is always on top of everything. They are constantly fixing the place up to make it look nicer on the inside and outside. Our family feels right at home here. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
