Area is absolutely a dream. Staff are wonderful and understanding. Maintainable are very knowledgeable and thorough. Neighbors are such lovely folks. The neighborhood kids are an absolute joy. But the Actual unit I live in is terrible for the price. Comelpete trash from thw moment I moved in. I also hate paying almost a hundred bucks for the amenities fee with using zero of the amenities.

In regard to your amenity fee concerns; please remember that your $70.00 monthly amenity fee includes the WiFi to your apartment home as well as the swimming pool, playgrounds, dog parks, grilling stations, package lockers, bike share, cornhole, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, and our WiFi lounge with coffee bar.
