Area is absolutely a dream. Staff are wonderful and understanding. Maintainable are very knowledgeable and thorough. Neighbors are such lovely folks. The neighborhood kids are an absolute joy. But the Actual unit I live in is terrible for the price. Comelpete trash from thw moment I moved in. I also hate paying almost a hundred bucks for the amenities fee with using zero of the amenities.

The grounds and staff are great. The apartment is ok. There is a constant mold smell that they have not remediated. Couldn’t run the central air because of the horrible mold odor coming from vents and covers our clothes when it runs

We have only lived here one week and are loving it! The dog parks are perfect and great for our puppy, we rarely hear our neighbors unless in the hallway, and the area is wonderful! Amenity fee is a bit higher than I’d like especially since the washer and dryers aren’t included, but other than that it is an amazing complex and community!
