They will screw you over at any chance they get, and will pay to get good reviews. I made the mistake of trusting this place, but will not do so again. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!

July 13, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for 3 years and had an amazing stay. The property is quiet, clean, and the staff is great. They do an excellent job with landscaping. We had no complaints living here and would definitely choose it again. The location is perfect. We had quick access to the freeway, great restaurants, and a Safeway across the street.

August 4, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comMe and My fiance are currently staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. We are new tenants. So far so good. We love it here. Our apartment is a good size with a washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The pool is awesome! Great place - a little pricey - but what isn't around here? The location is great because you're surrounded by shopping, eating, and more right across the street. The apartment complex is well kept. I definitely would recommend this place.
Be aware of LARGE bill when you moved out!!!!

July 19, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is great! large green lawn and fun swimming pool and spa. The fitness center is open 24/7 which is perfect. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and had a nice design, and the area is quiet and very safe. The maintenance staff is awesome!!! I stayed very happy here and would definitely recommend this as a perfect location for an apartment. I highly recommend living here if you are a renter.
