September 13, 2023The building has consistently faced difficulties in addressing repair requests promptly. Currently, several amenities such as the stairs, ice machine, fire pit, rooftop lighting system, and sprinkler system have experienced prolonged periods of malfunction, with most of them still out of service. Some of these issues have persisted for months and even years.Property Manager Responded
