June 18, 2022leased in April Moved in end of May . Upon move in the front door entrance to the building key didn't work and neither did the fob to the fitness center. The Leasing office was made aware. Neither still works. the apartment was recently renovated prior to move in and looked great upon move in. Within 2 weeks, every thing fell apart. The towel rack in the bathroom is either inferior or improperly installed. You put a towel on it and it falls off the wall. the toiliet paper hardware is ...also falling off the wall. the doors are improperly hung and it is impossible to shut the door to the bathrooms or bedorooms without scrapping the floors or jamming into the door jams. all have been reported to the leasing office and no action taken. Without a balcony or outdoor space I requested a bench on the grass in the back area to sit with my dog and grandchildren and was told immediately by "Chris" "Not happening". The grilling area has no grates or gas and when I asked the office when that would be available I was answered with hostility no idea. The pool is non existent as it looks great but no one can use because management has been unable to hire a lifeguard in over three years. The amenities promoted are a farse. I for one, feel dupped and would never recommend this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
