I don’t recommend living here unless you have nowhere else to live
April 9, 2021When I moved in it seemed like a good place but then everything started breaking, the carpets smelled, the maintenance people were hardly available to fix thing, not to mention the extremely noisy neighbors. The cops were always being called on the neighbors almost every single day and blocking parking spots so nobody could get out which makes people late for work. Outside not well maintained, pool doesn’t work, there’s little to no grass cause it isn’t taken care of. Neighbors tried breaking ...into my apartment at night and still were able to live here. Neighbors always making complaints that aren’t true due to them being mad that I had a conversation with the landlord about how it was unacceptable that someone tried to come into my apartment. Laundry facilities never available cause neighbors always used them and wouldn’t let anyone else. Overall it’s fine if you really really need a place to stay before you move but definitely NOT a place to live if you don’t have to .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 2, 2018I read the review of one resident and I just can't agree. I'm sorry that person had such a bad experience. I've lived in this complex almost a year and have enjoy my stay so far. I've never met such a nice owner and hard worker. Currently under new management which seem very pleasant and nice. Quiet community and well maintained.Property Manager Responded

Not so quiet anymore
May 11, 2016This place has turned gehto real quick. Been here for two years. was quiet before our neighbors moved in now feels like the slums of tacoma have moved in. rent has gone up and now have to pay water sewer and garbage. too pricey for what it is and gehto as heck. on top of that, maintenance man looks threw peoples windows always have to keep the blinds shut. horrible place. need i say more?Property Manager Responded

He would never intrude on a residents privacy. I have lived here for two months now, and we have not had any noise complaints. Targa Real Estate takes pride in how they run their properties and the behavior you describe would not be tolerated.
