Amazing building
September 19, 2024Living at 45 Market for 2 years has been the best experience. The building, amenities and maintenance is amazing. The private roof top is one of the best amenities and the building is managed very well. This is the best place to live in morristown! The location is amazing and I really have nothing but great things to say about 45 Market St. I am a very particular person and this building continues to impress me. Best time of your life
November 14, 2023We've loved living here in our 2 bed 2 bath apartment - it is the best spot in town, and it's rare for any units to ever open up. The apartment itself is a dream - massive windows, walk in closet, sky-high ceilings, and modern loft vibes where you literally hear ZERO noise from any neighbor. It's an elevator building, has reasonable garage parking, locked package room, and a ton of storage lockers to hold anything bulky or seasonal. The rooftop is the best part — it's like having an upscale ...lounge right upstairs, complete with two built in grills that are cleaned daily, two fire pits with tons of tables and cushioned chairs, and a gym with multiple skylights that is epic. There's also a co-working space that’s perfect for those work-from-home days or when you just need a change of scenery. It's barely ever used too. The management team is A+. Every Tennant knows the owners, & the maintenance team by their first name. I cannot say enough about my experience here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
