October 25, 2021Forty55 Lofts is the worst apartment building in Los Angeles! Management is horrible and there is no onsite maintenance personnel. Management consistently lies which is a huge red flag. The building is falling apartment literally with structural problems, serious formaldehyde issues, mold issues, robberies on property and the management office has had five different managers in less than two years. Multiple thefts, massive additional costs, look elsewhere
May 10, 2021Be careful renting here and Greystar in general. Multiple vehicles stolen. My apartment was robber on multiple occasions. And I’m not the only one. Useless security. Have attempted to charge for things like shower re-grouting, “double cleaning”, painting cabinets (which are junk btw), in fact $1000 to paint white walls that were fine upon move out. The on-site management is truly fantastic. It’s a shame about the parent corp. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
