This was hands down one of the worst places I have ever lived. Management and maintenance don’t do anything to address your issues unless you reach out to them multiple times. It took me 3 months to get a working key for my mailbox after moving in and 3 months for a broken AC unit to be fixed in the spring/early summer without any form of compensation. I had a package disappear after the delivery driver took a picture of it in the lobby, and was told there are no cameras anywhere and that it ...
wasn’t the proper delivery spot. Can not recommend enough that you stay away from this place.

We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
While there were challenges related to both the mailbox key and air conditioning concerns, our team coordinated with the postal carrier to help ensure mail delivery continued without interruption. As for the air conditioning, our maintenance team responded to service requests and ultimately replaced the unit entirely to ensure the issue was fully resolved.
We understand how frustrating delays can be and never want our residents to feel unsupported.
