Living at The Tower is great!
November 12, 2025This is my first year living here, and it has been great so far! The maintenance team is awesome, responsive, and very open about when things will be done. The amenities offered are great and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is awesome as it’s so close to campus and right along the trail which is perfect for walks/runs. Amazing Place to Live for MSU Students!

Great place to live!
November 11, 2025I’ve lived here since July 2024 and it’s been a great experience for me. They have an excellent housekeeping team. All your work orders are resolved quickly. The leasing office is very helpful and thoughtful. They have an amazing game room, private study rooms, a gym, package room for your online orders and an Amazon locker to securely receive your packages. The Towers

Not only is the apartment complex beautifully laid out with many amenities and activities, the staff makes it feel like home! I would recommend The Towers to anyone. A great place to live!
June 12, 2025I have lived at The Tower for the past 7 months, and I have to say that I am very pleased with the time I have spent here thus far. This is my first time living at my own place on my own, and the management at The Tower has been such a wonderful help with the student-adult transition. I currently occupy a studio and I feel that the monthly rate is reasonable, especially since the Internet is included in the $50 utility package (which also includes water, sewage, trash, etc). I am only ...responsible for electricity outside of that package. I have had little to no problems with my studio. It does appear that the units have been recently furnished, with new kitchen appliances and tile flooring. The maintenance and custodial staff are some of the nicest and sweetest people, and any work orders I have put in are usually remedied the same day or the following morning. I mostly picked The Tower for its close proximity to MSU, and I love how my campus is walking distance given the trail added behind the parking lot of the apartment complex. The complex also has 3 study rooms, a lounge, game room, and fitness center. My friends and I spend close to every day in the study rooms as they are so nice and comfortable. The management has thrown several events at the building, including grocery bingo, gingerbread cookie making station, and free food events, just to name a few. They also have a coffee station in the leasing office area. The Amazon locker is a wonderful touch to the building. Overall, I think The Tower is an absolutely wonderful place to live. I have already renewed my lease for next year, and one of my friends was encouraged to sign a lease for next year given all the amenities and close proximity of the Tower to other places (walking distance to Trader Joes!).Property Manager Responded

No better place
April 27, 2025I've been really impressed with this apartment complex! Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, which is a huge plus. The amenities are consistently available and well-maintained. I also want to give a shout-out to Tab, the cleaning lady, who does an amazing job keeping the community clean and tidy. I love The Tower!
