2019 Relocated here recently. Sadly disappointed After the deposit was sent suddenly voice mails and emails were inconsistently replied to. Questions about pricing not answered. Property manager not very knowledgeable, Having never been on the property, I wasn't shown or even given a map of the property rather given verbal directions to the apartment...not a problem except there are several buildings on the property, the office isn't onsite and I've never been on the property. know where to put trash. Having told the manager that I was sending shipping packages, she never told me that the office doesn't accept packages...The community describes itself as luxury. Completely false and misleading, there are no amenities besides the walking trail! The web page was last updated recently with faulse pictures ... formica is used for the base boards and door trim, laminate flooring and counter tops, the paint on the doors and trim are mismatched literally not even the doors are the same color, not to mention the walls, NOT luxuary!! Washer and dryer are not included--hook ups but not the actual appliance. There is not a pool, work-out room much less a community room. There is a no smoking policy, however residents and guest AND EMPLOYEES are seen smoking on balconies and walk ways on the property, after hours calls hardly responded to, and when responded to the smell of alcohol coming off one of the staff was so heavy I had to walk out of my appointment to get away from it. Ghost maintenance crew with little knowledge.
